Royal Lemkes is a family-owned company that started as a plant nursery in 1882 and has since grown into a leading plant service partner for major retailers across Europe. Driven by their green heart, they work every day towards a more beautiful and sustainable world through plants.

For the Royal Lemkes office, we installed a green plant wall using the MDL system. This transformed an existing wall into a living green element that immediately catches the eye.

The plant wall fits seamlessly with the character of Royal Lemkes: an organisation where plants are at the heart of everything they do, and where sustainability and green growth are important themes.

The MDL System

The MDL system is a modular system for green plant walls and is particularly suitable for smaller surfaces of up to approximately 25 m². The modules offer great flexibility in the selection and arrangement of plants, allowing each plant wall to have its own unique appearance.

From a sleek and graphic design to a playful, staggered plant wall: the MDL system can be adapted to the style and character of the space. In addition, the modules feature an integrated water reservoir, meaning the plants generally only need to be watered once every three to four weeks.

For Royal Lemkes, we chose a natural design that complements the working environment and reflects the organisation's green character.
